Personal training for busy men in Coulsdon and Purley
The one hour you don’t have to plan.
You’re organised everywhere else. Career handled, family handled, finances handled. Then it’s 6pm, you’re done, and the last thing you’ve got left is the energy to invent a workout. That’s not a discipline problem; it’s a planning problem, and we remove it completely.
At T2FIT, an expert coach programmes every session before you arrive. You book the times that fit your week, train for 50 minutes, and watch your progress on a 3D body scan rather than guessing in the mirror. Since 2017 we’ve helped over 2,000 local people get strong, and in 2025 we were named Regional Gym of the Year (South).
Stop being your own
personal trainer
The gym membership that became a standing donation. The running app, the home weights, the plan that lasted until the first heavy week at work. None of it failed because you’re lazy; it failed because it all needed you to be the planner, the coach and the accountability, on top of everything else you already run.
So hand it over. We start with a 3D body scan, a movement screening and a conversation about what you actually want. Your coach builds the programme, sets the weights, tracks the numbers and adjusts as you progress. The only decision left is booking the session.
50 minutes that fit either side of work

Sessions run on the hour, every hour from 6am on weekdays at both gyms, and they take 50 minutes of actual coached training, no padding. Train before the commute, between calls or after the school run, and book it all through our app, so a week that never sits still can’t derail you. You make one decision, when to book; your coach makes every other one.
See how it fits your actual week. Book your first sessions around work, calls and the school run, train for 50 minutes, and let the coaching handle the planning. The 21-Day Trial is the simplest way to find out if it sticks.

What handing it over gets you
An hour that gives energy back
Training here isn’t another demand on the tank. Members consistently tell us the first changes arrive outside the gym: deeper sleep, steadier focus and something left in the tank when you get home. It’s the one hour of the day where someone else is in charge, and that’s the point.
Progress you can report on
You measure everything else in your life, so measure this. Your 3D body scan sets the baseline, your coach programmes from the data, and follow-up scans show body fat down and strength up in numbers, not impressions.
Accountability you don’t have to manufacture
A booked session, a coach who knows your name, your goals and your numbers, and a group capped at 6 that notices when you don’t show up. Consistency stops depending on how motivated you feel on a wet Tuesday.
Men who found the hour
Every man in these videos was sure he was too busy. Full diary, young kids, work that follows you home. Watch what changed when the planning stopped being his job.
3 weeks. Then you’ll know.
The 21-Day Trial is how everyone starts. Body scan and movement screening first, 4 coached sessions a week, a progress review at the halfway point, and a personalised long-term plan at the end. 3 weeks is long enough to see the system work and short enough to fit the busiest quarter.
If you’ve restarted fitness more times than you can count, that’s exactly who this was built for. Tell us where you’re at and we’ll take it from there.
Frequently Asked Questions
My diary changes every week. Can I actually be consistent here?
Yes, because you’re never tied to one trainer’s diary. With hourly sessions running through the day at both gyms, you book week by week through our app. If Tuesday 7am stops working, Thursday 6pm exists. The structure flexes; the programme doesn’t.
I’m already running on empty. Won’t training drain me more?
It feels counterintuitive, but members consistently tell us the opposite: steadier energy, sharper focus and noticeably better sleep within a few weeks. Sessions are programmed to build you up progressively, with a coach scaling the intensity to where you are that day, never a bootcamp trying to flatten you.
I sit at a desk all day and my back lets me know about it.
Can you work with that?
Yes. Your movement screening happens before you train, so your coach knows what your body needs before your first session. Aches, old injuries and ten years at a desk are all things we programme around, and strength work done properly is usually part of the fix.
Can I train before work?
Yes. Weekday sessions start at 6am at both gyms: Coulsdon at 372 Coulsdon Road, CR5, and Purley at the Royal Oak Centre on Brighton Road. Both locations have free parking available. Train at 6, done by 7, ahead of the day. Members commute in from Old Coulsdon, Chipstead, Kenley, Banstead, Sanderstead and Wallington.
I don’t want a 25-year-old shouting at me. What’s the coaching actually like?
Expert, structured and respectful of the fact you’re an adult with a job. Your coach programmes every session in advance, watches your form, and progresses you when the numbers say so. If you want the full detail of how the small group model works, see our personal training for men page.
