Personal training for women in Coulsdon and Purley
Strength doesn’t have an age limit.
Most women who join T2FIT have tried before. The gym membership that felt like nobody’s job to help. The classes that all blurred into one. The plans that collapsed the first week life got busy. You haven’t failed at fitness; nothing ever truly fit around your life. That’s the problem we built T2FIT to fix.
Zero ego and a plan with your name on it
Walking in is the hardest part, and our members say so themselves. Almost everyone arrives apprehensive; almost everyone says the same thing afterwards: no scariness here. You’ll train in a small group where every level is normal, nobody is judging, and the coaches are watching your form, never the clock.
Your plan starts with a 3D body scan, a movement screening and a goal-setting consultation. Your coach builds a structured, progressive programme from that data, coaches every rep, and adjusts when something isn’t working. Follow-up scans show you exactly what’s changing. No guesswork, just evidence.
Training that fits around real life

Work, family, the school run, the week that never goes to plan. Sessions are 50 minutes, coached start to finish, and you book the times that suit you through our app.
Our members include women juggling careers and young children, and women in their 40s, 50s and 60s rebuilding strength they thought was gone. What they share is a programme that bends around their week instead of demanding a new one

You laugh, you chat, you train, you get results, you feel stronger, happier and healthier.

What changes when you start
Strength you’ll use everywhere
Lifting the suitcase into the boot, carrying the shopping in one trip, keeping up on a long walk. Through perimenopause and beyond, strength matters more than ever, so we programme for where your body is now.
Results you can measure
Strength up, body fat down, confidence through the roof. Your 3D body scan sets the baseline and follow-ups show exactly what’s changing, so progress is something you read, not something you take on faith.
A place you’ll look forward to
Sessions capped at 6 mean the coaching team knows your name, your goals and your numbers. Members describe it as a community with zero gym ego, and plenty have stayed three, four years and counting.
They were nervous too
Every woman in these videos almost talked herself out of it. Too long since the last gym. Too busy. Not sure she’d fit in. Watch what happened when she came anyway.
Three weeks to see what changes
Start with our 21-Day Trial. Your 3D body scan and movement screening before you start, 4 coached sessions a week, a progress review at the halfway mark, and a personalised long-term plan at the end. You finish knowing exactly what training should look like for you, with the first scan results to back it up.
No hard sell, no pressure and no judgement. Tell us where you’re at and what you want to change, and we’ll take it from there.
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven’t set foot in a gym in years. Will I feel out of place?
No, and you’d be in the majority. Most of our members arrived apprehensive, and our reviews say the same things over and over: welcomed by name, zero gym ego, no scariness here. Your coach adapts every movement to your level, and every level trains side by side.
Will lifting weights make me bulky?
No. Strength training builds lean muscle, which is exactly what improves body composition: body fat down, strength and shape up. Your programme balances strength, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and mobility, and your scans show you precisely what’s changing.
I’m in my 40s or 50s. Is strength training right for me now?
It’s one of the best things you can do, and women 45 and over are one of the groups we coach most. Your programme starts from your own scan and movement screening, so it meets your body where it is. If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause, our menopause ebook explains how we approach training through that stage.
Where can I find a personal trainer for women in Coulsdon or Purley?
T2FIT has two gyms: Coulsdon at 372 Coulsdon Road, CR5, and Purley at the Royal Oak Centre on Brighton Road. Both locations include free parking on site. Members travel from Old Coulsdon, Chipstead, Kenley, Whyteleafe, Banstead, Sanderstead, Riddlesdown and Wallington for coached training they can’t get closer to home.
What does personal training for women at T2FIT look like?
We deliver personal training through small group sessions: one expert coach, no more than 6 members, 50 minutes. You get a programme built around your goals and a coach watching every rep, in a group where showing up gets easier every week. You can read how the model works on our Small Group Personal Training page.
