Our 60-minute periodised Small Group Personal Training sessions focus on developing strength and building a solid foundation through a combination of compound exercises and lifts.

Kick off with 3 sessions a week in our T2FIT Accelerate program, and from there, you have the flexibility to expand your fitness journey.
